Yes, I brought you here,
A fact I can’t be proud of,
Been roaming these halls for years,
Spinning in circles,
Fighting iron doors,
Synthetics what were made of,
This one could be different,
Just turns out the same,
While pushing at the boundaries,
You got no one to blame,
Solitude is toxic,
Unravels from within,
Only god can see the future,
Or where it all begins,
Why can’t you be happy,
Why can’t I be still,
Given enough things to contend with,
Still tastes a bitter pill,
Climb the walls every night,
Nothing ever changed,
So why you can’t you be happy,
Why can’t I be still,
Give enough things to contend with,
Still tastes a bitter pill,
Climb the walls every night,
Nothing ever changed,
So why you can’t you be happy,
Why can’t I be Free?

this song reminds me of when I was a kid and I used to go to my friend's house to play with his Amiga 500 and almost every game before starting had one of these tunes immrshrike
An instrumental queer space opera from Portland synthwave artist Amie Waters, who uses a universal mythos to illustrate a personal journey. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 14, 2020
Jordan Vauvert
